We over 20+ years experience. We have residential and small business experience, from computer and laptop repair to small businesses.

If we are unable to fix the item, or we believe the repair to be un-economical, then we do not charge.

If the item is repairable and you choose not to have it fixed, there may be a small diagnostic charge to cover our time.

Yes, you can drop off your device at our store.

We also offer a callout service.  If the repair cannot be performed at your home, then with your permission, the technician will bring the device to our workshop and then return it to you once repaired.

Yes! We are available for on-site calls. However, not all repairs can be carried out on-site.

If our technician deems that the item would be repaired more efficiently at our store, then with your permission they will bring the item to our workshop for repair and then return to you once completed.

We aim to complete repairs within 1-4 working days, where parts are not needed. Repairs that will require replacement parts may take longer.

Our estimates are based on the fault described to us and a list of possible solutions and prices will be given to you in full before any repair is undertaken.

Our services start at just £25.00.

At our Repair Centre in Clipstone we accept cash, credit and debit cards.

For on-site repairs we accept cash.

We do offer phone and tablet repairs and typically aim to complete repairs withing 1-2 working days.
